This full-bodied, dark mahogany Vanilla Extract, made with our premium Nyanza Vanilla steeped in rum and bourbon, has bright tart cherry notes and a soft marshmallow flavor. Use in baked goods, puddings and custards, or in coffee and cocktails for a classic vanilla lift. This extract is a slow-crafted custom blend made in collaboration with Bittercube. They expertly infuse the vanilla to make deeply flavorful, versatile extract.
